Fantastic opportunity to join the HR team of the worlds leading provider of factory automation.What we offer:-Salary 22,000-25,000 (depending on experience)-Temp to perm role-30h per week (flexible)-Monday to Friday -Office basedWhat were looking for:-The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong administrative background, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures. -3+ years of work experience in similar position or senior administration position-Analytic mind-set-Good time management, planning and accuracy-Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantageStructured work approach-Good communication skills-Customer-Cedric and strong business orientation-High degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness is essentialThe role will involve:- Posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees.- Maintaining and updating employee files, tracking time off requests, and payroll administration.- Ensuring compliance with employment law and obligations- Managing employee benefits programs, enrolling employees in benefits plans, and handling benefits-related inquiries.- Resolving employee conflicts, providing support and guidance to employees, and fostering a positive work environment.- Reviewing and organising training programs and promoting professional development opportunities for employees.- Overall, HR Administrators play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive workplace by providing support and guidance to employees and managing HR tasks efficiently.- Ensure a professional and positive communication network with Europe HQ and the European Human Resource Core Team- Occasionally travel to other sites/ occasional travel to meetingsDont miss out apply now!
