SF Recruiting have an exciting and interesting opportunity. We are looking for a Head of Reward and Wellbeing to work for our client based in Coventry Salary: £65,000 Hours: 37 hours per week (hybrid working available) Holiday entitlement: 30 days + Christmas + Bank holidays Role - A subject matter expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing progressive wellbeing, reward and benefit programmes to ensure attraction and retention of talent and to become an employer of choice - Collation, analysis and preparation of gender pay gap data prior to publication - Make recommendations on implementing new performance and reward initiatives (remuneration, bonus schemes, benefits and commission schemes) - Leading on the design, development and embedding of performance management strategies, annual performance and pay review cycle - Design and implement progressive incentive/sales programmes - Oversea auto enrolment processes - Lead onWellfest and other wellbeing programmes - Overall management of innovative colleague recognition and long service programme - Present own and team work in internal and external meetings - Pay benchmarking ensuring competitive within the market Required - Degree qualified in relevant subject - Extensive relevant work experience - demonstrating practical and theoretical knowledge of reward and benefit - Extensive experience of reward management with knowledge of pension and benefits administration, job evaluation, flexible benefits salary sacrifice and bonus schemes across a variety of organisations - Well developed project management skillset with expert knowledge of performance and reward related cycle plan activities -
