As the Head of Group Payroll, you will be responsible for directing, developing and the overallperformance of the team within the group to ensure a customer focused, accurate and efficient service delivery is of a professional standard.You will be responsible for the day to day management of the payroll function, ensuring compliance of all financial and legal requirements, responsibilities and statutory obligations for the group. You will also be responsible for ensuring internal and externalaudit requirements are adhered to and actioned in line with the Group Compliance Manager.You will provide expert advice and be a point of contact for issues around employment tax, national/social insurance and student loan repayments, along with changed to payroll, pension and benefits legislations and the impacts on the Group and the Groupentities.As Group Payroll Manager, you will be liaising with and managing key stakeholders across the business and maintain relationships with external partners, along with colleagues in the People Team.Person Specification:
