Job Description

Robert Half is actively searching for a proactive and innovative Head of Finance to play a pivotal role within our esteemed clients team in Coventry.   • Financial Intelligence: Provide essential financial insights to our Management Executive for informed decision-making.
  • Management Accounts Creation: Dedicate your expertise to crafting precise and impactful management accounts.
  • Cashflow Strategy: Innovate and optimise a comprehensive cashflow prediction model to ensure financial stability.
  • Budget Oversight: Collaborate with the Financial Controller, Secretary, and sectoral General Managers to formulate budgets, support the annual budget draft, and provide tri-monthly re-estimations.
  • External Audit Interaction: Engage with external auditors to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • VAT & Banking Acumen: Maintain a proficient understanding of VAT and banking procedures.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Foster a culture of camaraderie within your division and throughout the broader organisation.
Your Qualifications:
  • Recognised Accountant: ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent.
  • Proven Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Systems Enhancement Experience: Preferably, a track record in systems enhancement or integration.
