| Head of Commercial Activities | Coventry | Generous remuneration and benefits package |We are looking for a Head of Commercial to work alongside the COO at an innovative organisation we are working in partnership with, and this role will be taking charge of strategic plans for property rentals and all commercial aspects of the company.This pivotal role involves aligning contracts with our clients commercial objectives, deputising for the COO and leading the commercial team to ensure an excellent customer service is provided to our clients range of customers.Leading on regular reviews of the organisation’s portfolio and occupancy rates you will work closely with the team responsible for delivering commercial leases and licenses across the business.You will host viewings for potential tenants requiring you to have extensive knowledge of terms and leases to ensure the organisation secures the best possible income from its properties and being the representative of the organisation whilst establishing andmaintaining strong relationships with the current tenants.Managing budgets and capitalising on income opportunities will be your key responsibility, all while inspiring your team to excel.Working alongside the Head of Property, youll further enhance our clients organisations reputation and income potential.This rare opportunity comes with some great benefits:- 38 days of annual leave, to ensure that you have a harmonious work-life balance.- An additional 3 days off for Christmas.- Generous pension package- Commitment to your growth and successDoes this sound like a role for you If so, then press APPLY NOW below
