  • The company supplies packaging to both major users, through a network of Regional Distribution Centre’s, and smaller businesses through an online offering, promoting environmentally friendly packaging.

    • What is the role
  • The Graduate Management Programme will run over two years and will provide you with the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the business areas before progressing into a management position.
  • The Programme consists of four 6-month placements across different business areas.
  • In these placements you will gain an in-depth knowledge of the business, how different operations function, and learn different management styles, developing you into a future leader of the business.
    • The areas of business include but are not limited to:
  • Sales
  • Procurement
  • Supply Chain
  • Marketing
  • R&D
  • E-commerce
    • You will be expected to relocate to another location at least twice throughout the duration of your programme, so you MUST be geographically mobile.Why should you apply

    • What you’ll need in order to apply:
  • Be a recent graduate (2020/2021) with strong academics (2.1 or above).
  • Have a full UK driver’s license.
  • Possess outstanding numerical skills. You may find this role particularly interesting if you are from the following degree backgrounds: Business, Packaging Design, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing or Procurement, IT or Finance.
