We are pleased to assist our valued client who is a supply chain business based in Meriden. We are looking for a Graduate Analyst to join their busy Commercial team, to provide business support on a variety of projects. You will be self-motivated, inquisitive,able to understand large quantities of data and turn this data into tools to help steer the business and make well informed decisions based on the reported metrics. Extensive use of advanced Excel skills are critical to this role. You will have a desire tobe a part of our success, and to contribute to the future of the business. You will be creative and motivated and connect with their values - care, dare, deliver. You will see the value in challenging the status quo in a respectful and collaborative way.The successful candidate will be expected to understand the commercial elements of the business and produce comprehensive reports, allowing the business to use them to make decisions, as well as collecting and collating data from a variety of systems and bringingthem together to produce commercial data insights using a variety of systems. You will perform risk analysis within commercial contracts, measuring key characteristics and linking project information together to enable quick references. Working with commercialanalyst to improve process of recording information, you will produce reporting to capture commercial opportunities, supporting the teams with frequent reporting and look for ways to improve and to display the project and timescales to ensure all milestonesare met.The ideal candidate will:-Be a graduate, ideally having recently graduated with a degree in a relevant subject-Have a strong grasp of the English language, for a professional setting-Be good with numbers and numerical logic-Be IT literate, with an advanced knowledge of Excel, and preferably knowledge in Power BI and Microsoft CRM-Have their own transportation-Connect with company values and cultureIf you think the above sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
