Job Description

Food TechnologistCoventry£25,000Days (8:30am - 5:00pm)Company Profile:Our client, the world leading Food manufacturing company are looking for a Food Technologist to join their team. Role Description:
  • Maintain and keep up to date the approved supplier and specification database, 20 including the completion of risk assessments and supply chain mapping.
  • Maintain and keep up to date the raw material and primary and secondary packaging approval database, including completion of risk assessments, approval of raw material specifications and update of the TACCP/VACCP system in line with raw material changes
  • Trend and report any significant complaints trends. Creation and issuing of complaint 20 KPI and summary reports for relevant business meetings. Deputising for issuing the investigations in the absence of QA Supervisor.
  • Complete customer specifications: this may include online portals and word/excel 15 documents. Deputising Specification Technologist during her absence.
  • Prepare Plant documentation including: recipes, process specifications and labels for 10 launches and when specification amends have been issued.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Supplier and Raw Materials
  • TACCP/VACCP
  • Experience in a Food/FMCG environment
  • HNC/HND/Degree - Food Science
