Job Description

You will work a 37.5-hour week working Monday to Friday, typically between the hours of 8.30 - 5.00 (with one hour unpaidlunch). You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business, including overseas travel as required. Holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum plus bank holidays, parking available with fantastic onsite facilities.Based near the Ricoh arena, accessible by public transport. This is a remote role with the expectation to attend the office when required.The Essence of The RoleYou will be responsible for the project management of multiple clients technical drawing requirements, transforming briefs into technical drawings, ensuring proactive management of service levels and client expectations.Scope of the Floorplan Technician

  • Proactively manage client floorplans from inception through to completion, taking instructions both verbally/written from clients and account managers
  • Transform drawing briefs and sketches into electronic drawings
  • Liaise with venues to ensure the latest rules and regulations are known and implemented by the team
  • Visit sites on a regular basis to ensuring venue knowledge is accurate and develop relationships with venue teams
  • Manage new and existing venue master template files and work within a team to ensure consistency of drawing library
  • Ensure each floorplan and additional work is invoiced accordingly and registered on the system
  • Promote additional services to clients
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety, corporate, client and legislative standards across the function
Prerequisites
  • Highly organised and computer literate
  • Experience working in a similar role
