Job Description

IFA Administrator - Meriden, Coventry - Salary to £30,000 plus BenefitsMB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working with a growing firm of Wealth Managers who are looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator. The company specialise in providing Financial Planning and Discretionary Fund Management servicesto HNW individuals. They have a well-educated and highly qualified team, dedicated to providing a first class service to their clients.The role:

  • The role will be working on a one to one basis with one of their highest performing Chartered Financial Planners to ensure that their clients continue to receive a first class service. This company work with HNW clients and as such we are looking for acandidate with at least 3 years previous experience in a Financial Planning Administrator role who will be able to hit the ground running.
  • Duties will include; LOAs, processing new business, liaising with providers to obtain policy information, being a first point of contact for the clients, diary management for the Adviser, booking travel and venues for meetings, preparing meeting packsetc. Youll also work closely with the companys Paraplanners to ensure that research and reports are completed in a timely manner.
