Butler Rose is working with one of the UKs largest housing groups and a leading developer of affordable housing in their search for a Financial Analyst to join their team based in Binley Coventry office. This is a 12 months contract hybrid working opportunityand paying up to £25.18 an hour to the successful candidate. Responsibilities: * Provide financial analysis and support to Business partners. * Provide and clearly communicate an understanding of current financial position and impact on future forecasts. * Use data held within the business and outside to drive insight to improve performance. * Build relationships across the business (including Directors), ensuring all teams have access to sound financial support. * Supports the Business Partners in preparing presentations and board papers for Senior Management and the Boards. * Carry out ad-hoc analysis as requested. * Manage and support junior team members. Qualifications: * Qualified or Finalist (ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/ICAEW/equivalent). * Appropriate proven experience in Financial position. * Extensive experience of using Microsoft Excel to provide business information. * Strong financial analysis and modelling skills. * Good literacy skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers at all levels of organisation. * Ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
