Job Description

Job Title: Finance Analyst Location: Whitley, Coventry Rate: £25.15 ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £19.23 ph PAYEEmployment Type: Contract (3 months)Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per WeekReference: J38687Description:Responsibilities:The candidate would be responsible for month end processing and delivery of standardised, streamlined financial reporting to stakeholder teams. Candidate will contribute to high quality analysis supporting management to achieve financial, operational,and strategic objectives. Produce elements of the Record to Report (R2R) KPI and SLA measurement suite. Adhere to the policies, controls and governance. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement Resolve customer concerns, escalating as necessary. Undertakeappropriate training and development. Embrace the companys creators code principles and behaviours.Skills Required:

  • Finance background.
  • Numerical and analytical skills.
Experience Required:
  • Knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) processes within a complex manufacturing environment with transfer pricing and intercompany transactions using SAP or legacy systems.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Experience of working in a SOX controlled environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work accurately at speed and under pressure.
  • Continuous improvement mind set with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues using innovation.
  • Attention to detail at all levels.
  • Ability to research and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Self-driven learner with an appetite for continuous professional and personal development.
Experience Preferred:
  • Qualified or working towards a CIMA recognised professional qualification.
