Perform on-site service, preventative maintenance, and training. Able to provide professional responsive phone support where needed. Troubleshoot equipment to diagnose malfunctions and determine corrective actions Replace defective units & components Deliver training for customer personnel to establish operation, maintenance & inspection procedures Install and relocate equipment to customer sites Conduct start-up and check-out activities on newly installed systems Produce complete and accurate documentation on all service interventions and reports on internal activities.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Field Service EngineerLife Sciences Capital Equipment Instruments, Instrumentation, AutomationYou will have the following characteristics and experiences: Mechanical / Electronic technical qualification or equivalent apprenticeship and experience Entrepreneurial spirit with a high-energy personality Methodical approach and be able to create own structure at pace Flexible to effectively manage a large geographic territory Willing to have a go attitudeTHE COMPANY:We are an international manufacturer of high-quality, ground-breaking scientific instruments and consumables, with massive growth potential.
