To equip you for this role we will give you structured training in how to become an Entrepreneur. We will give you one-to-business coaching, classroom-based learningand ongoing mentorship. We have one of the best training teams in the recruitment industry. At Interaction you will be working alongside some of the most talented and successful people in the UK recruitment industry.What are we looking for

  • Ambitious and driven people wanting to earn more than £60k pa and aiming for £100k.
  • High-achievers who have a desire to work in a more entrepreneurial environment; or

You will be salesy and good at winning business.Recruitment is a very satisfying and rewarding career where you are helping people to find jobs and businesses to find staff. There is a good degree of sales in recruitment so you must be comfortable/ keen with sales and selling.At Interaction your earnings are unlimited and in your first year you should expect to earn £40k - £50k. Earnings potential is superb with our high-achieving entrepreneurs earning £60k+ per annum and many earning £75k-£100k. For individuals with aspirationsto move into higher leadership roles Interaction provides talented individuals the opportunity to quickly achieve promotion to Senior Manager, Regional Manager and Director.
