This will be a permanent position, within an exciting manufacturing business that are experiencing a lot of growth. Facilities & Maintenance ManagerLocation: CoventrySalary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum + overtime The Job: For the Facilities & Maintenance Manager role, you will be driving forward the Health & Safety initiatives across the sites to ensure they are improving and compliant. Responsibility for the companys security, infrastructure and services. You will oversee the planning and execution of both preventative and reactive maintenance work across all sites for the role of Facilities & Maintenance Manager. Prioritise and plan repairs in line with both the customer and the business needs. Ensure work is carried out in a safe and timely manner in line with recognised codes and practices Have a dynamic approach, strong problem-solving skills and able to prioritise, making sound decisions whilst under pressure Supervise, develop and mentor a small team of skilled and experienced maintenance personnel, encouraging best practice, sound technical ability and lean practices are in place. Arrange and oversee external contractors, ensuring risk assessments and method statements are available and supported. Arrange the timely ordering and delivery of critical spares and equipment required to ensure uptime on equipment Prepare and report on a small number of KPIs with Senior Management on the performance and effectiveness of the maintenance teamJob Requirements: Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within an SME manufacturing environment Strong leadership, problem solving, planning and organisational skills is required for the Facilities & Maintenance Manager role.
