Job Description

Exhibition AdministratorUp to £21,000CoventryThe CompanyWorking for a global industry leader, who has been creating memorable experiences for its clients for the past 90+ years.Why Would I Want to Work HereThis is an opportunity to work in an environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork to bring the very best out of all of its employees. You will work a 37.5-hour week working Monday to Friday, typically between the hours of 8.30 - 5.00 (with one hourunpaid lunch). You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business, including overseas travel as required. Holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum plus bank holidays, parking available with fantastic onsitefacilities. Based near the Ricoh Arena, accessible by public transport. This is a remote role with the expectation to attend the office when required.The Essence of The RoleResponsible for liaising with clients and to build and develop online Exhibitor Manuals for events.Scope of the Exhibition Administrator

  • Proactively manage Online Exhibitor manuals for Event Organisers
  • Organise & manage client liaison including taking written & verbal instructions
  • Manage multiple online manuals at any one time
  • Communicate turnaround times clearly to clients
  • Organise & manage client training in the system as required
  • Ensure contracts are raised, authorised and stored correctly
  • Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company
  • Actively engage in the drive to continuously improve services and products by ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager
Prerequisites
  • Events of the events industry would be a huge advantage
  • Highly organised and computer literate
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in an administration role
