Job Description

Our client, an established Design and Construction company based in Coventry are seeking an Estimator. They offer a wealth of expertise in all aspects of construction from design management to project delivery. They are seeking this position due to growthand increase in projects across the East Midlands.The successful individual will have extensive experience working in the construction industry and an excellent technical knowledge. Our client is looking for a candidate who is hardworking, committed and commercially aware. You will be working closely andalongside the Director and hold great communication skills, both written and verbal as you will be building relationships with clients.Estimator Position Overview

  • Estimator to join a Design and Construction Company based in Leicester.
  • Working alongside Director
  • Creating and understanding specifications
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Pricing form data and proposing these to clients
  • Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.
  • Reporting and working closely with the Director
  • £4-5m Company Turnover
Estimator Position Requirements
  • Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients
  • Understanding and creating specifications
  • Experience working on Refurbishments & similar projects
  • Excellent Construction industry knowledge
  • Minimum of 3 years experience within Estimating
  • Great technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Estimator Position Remuneration
  • Competitive Salary (D.O.E) £60k - £70k
  • Millage Allowance
  • Holiday 25 days + BH
  • Pension Scheme
