Engineering Manager£50,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Training + Company benefitsNuneaton (Commutable from Coventry)Are you an Engineering Manager or similar looking to spearhead the Engineering department and build your own team within a highly profitable family run company who distribute and service premium Capital EquipmentOn offer is the opportunity to join a market-leading, rapidly expanding distributor and servicer of FMCG manufacturing and processing equipment who supply a wide range of commercial clients across the U.K. and internationally.On a daily basis your responsibilities will include management of existing business including the management of a small team of engineers, liaising with clients and ensuring a smooth servicing process. This varied role will also include establishing newbusiness with potential clients, giving you the ability to grow the business and your own team.This role would suit an Engineer with a leadership background looking for your next technical challenge and the opportunity to step up into management and grow your own team within a international capital goods distributor who will provide you the opportunityto become an integral member of their world-class team.The Role:
