The UKs largest provider of work-based learning programmes is currently looking to hire influential and results-focused Electrical Installations Trainers. Recent and relevant industry experience in domestic, commercial and / or industrial Electrical Installation plus minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification or equivalent both preferred, however consideration will be given to those with sound practical capabilitiesin and around Electrical Installations looking for an opportunity to step into the training arena.Full-time permanent role, salary £33,000 - £46,000 dependent on experience, plus fantastic career path and personal development opportunities via the companys internal Skills Academy. Applications will be considered from across the UK, with current opportunitiesavailable across London and the Southeast, the West Midlands, Yorkshire, and the Northwest.The successful applicant will be required to undertake appropriate checks, including an enhanced DBS disclosure as well as providing proof of the right to work in the UK.---The RoleAs Electrical Installations Trainer you would be tasked with delivering both practical and theoretical electrical biased training plus assessing courses in line with company and awarding organisations guidelines. Training courses may include C&G 2365 Level2 & 3, C&G 2382, C&G 2391, C&G 2377, C&G 2921, as well as BPEC Solar PV and Battery Storages, including Electrical Safety and bespoke customer courses.Key responsibilities will include…- Delivering quality and consistency of all electrical installation subjects and associated courses - Assess courses in line with company and awarding bodies guidelines, including keeping accurate and timely records of attendance / assessment / achievement- Review individual student performance at agreed points in the program and complete "at risk" procedures- Implement Internal Quality Assurance requirements as set by the company and awarding bodies---The CandidateAs an experienced training professional you will be a calm and positive self-starter with proven ability, maturity and confidence to deal with a diverse range of personnel.
