Job Description

Ref: 36832Title: Digital Design SpecialistDivision : Human ResourcesContract Position based at: Whitleyrate:- up to £29.40/hr Ltd umbrellaPosition Description: e-Learning development utilising Articulate 360 / Adobe Captivate and / or Creative Cloud Video/animation development utilising above software or other SCORM packaging / wrapping file expertise.Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience designing and creating e-Learning courses and/or instructional animations.
  • Ideas-driven, with knowledge of instructional design, passionate about making learning an invigorating and empowering experience
  • Ability to work independently, results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance
  • An understanding of the core principles of learning design and development and how people learn
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Experience in managing projects, proven organisational and time management skills and working to deadlines
  • An effective team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • An ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style
Experience Preferred:
  • Strategic Planning: Google Analytics knowledge
