We are looking for a Director of Products, Equity & Partnerships to lead a team of c30 professionals. You will bring extensive and relevant experience of the corporate real estate sector, combined with clear and demonstrable experience of working with Governmentat senior levels, to achieve successful outcomes.Your demonstrable leadership ability and strategic business planning skills will be essential to your success in this role. You will be experienced in leading and developing strategies that encourage an ambitious and entrepreneurial approach to investment.Engaging with market players across the associated disciplines, including managing relationships with sophisticated real estate companies as well as across Government, and have an established network in the sector.A strong track record of delivering results and business plans, within an agreed risk framework and meeting expectations of senior stakeholders whilst working on strategic and complex projects delivered by the public and/or private sector will also be important.Operating at senior level leading a professional commercial due diligence function including assessment of large-scale complex market proposals. You will have acted in an advisory capacity on options to adopt within the real estate and financial markets throughdirect intervention or by collaborating with the market, and key stakeholders.Our investment activity is genuinely diverse with loans from £200k to £200m - we work with organisations and projects of all sizes with a real focus driving additional outcomes whilst demonstrating robust underwriting and achieving value for money. Therefore,broad experience across the Investment landscape in real estate and structure finance is preferable.Experience of managing and delivering organisational change in a complex and challenging environment and leading professional multi-disciplined teams.
