Job Description

Title: Digital Deployment SpecialistDivision : Human ResourcesContract Position based at: WhitleyPosition Description: Digital Deployment Specialist

  • Building digital learning assets into SuccessFactors / SAP JAM to deploy to JLR colleagues i.e. eLearning, videos, interactive content
  • Supporting the creating and build of engaging learning modules to run on multiple devices including: Supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, games etc) Instructional graphics Assessment tools, such as tests or quizzes, to measure knowledge absorption SCORM packaging / wrapping file expertise
  • Building of digital assets into Successfactors / SAP JAM to deploy to JLR colleagues
    • Skills Required
    1. Experience building and rolling out eLearning courses and/or instructional animations.
    2. Ideas-driven, with knowledge of instructional design, passionate about making learning an invigorating and empowering experience
    3. An understanding of the core principles of learning design and development and how people learn
    Experience Required:
  • Ability to work independently, results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Experience in projects, proven organisational and time management skills and working to deadlines
  • An effective team player
