Job Description

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000NonStops client, based in the West Midlands, is looking for an experienced manager to join their childrens residential home as a Deputy Manager.This is a great opportunity for you to enhance your managerial abilities in a 6-bed Childrens Residential service. This role involves expanding an established service dedicated to aiding children with learning disabilities and additional needs. Under theguidance of the Registered Manager, youll supervise a staff team and develop the service to accommodate up to 6 children aged 5 to 18.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting your manager to run your workplace, including covering in their absence and ensuring standards of care are maintained
  • Oversea support workers and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
Requirements:
  • Residential childcare management experience
  • Up to date DBS & licence
  • Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Experience supporting children with Learning disabilities
