Job Description

Overview Are you able to mentor and lead a team with focus on the customer and what matters to them, while promoting Solus & Aviva values, principles and goals at one of our award-winning sites Responsibilities The Role:To lead our Customer Service department, demonstrating our values and work principles, and those of Aviva. Working together to create a supportive and collaborative team working environment, which focuses on the customer and what matters to them. Our leadersidentify opportunities to promote customer satisfaction and help embed a culture on site where everyone is responsible for the customer experience and work as a team to meet our customer expectations. Qualifications Desirable qualifications and experience:
