CUSTOMER SERVICE/INTERNAL SALES ADMINISTRATORCOVENTRY BASEDSALARY £21,000 - £22,000 MONDAY - FRIDAY 08.30AM - 5PMDUE TO THE LOCATION YOU WILL NEED TO DRIVE AND HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTJob responsibilities: Calculate offers for and take orders from B2B customers Deliver high quality service to customers by phone and email Monitor stock availability, perform credit checks and process orders taken Maintain efficient administrative systems Answer customer questions and give advice with regard to product specifications, orders, invoices and deliveries Report claims and where possible provide solutions to the concerned customers Generate extra sales by calling customers to offer them complementary products and special promotionsSkills & Experience required:Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment Experienced in working with Microsoft Office (like Excel and Teams) Experience in working with ERP system (like SAP, Oracle) is a big plus Great communication skills, especially on the telephone You can take the initiative to problem solve quickly and efficiently A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and developThis company offers first class training and support, excellent company benefits and genuine career progression.
