Homes for Students is one of the UK’s leading providers of student accommodation.As our Customer Sales Executive, you will be focussed on securing bookings through a service-led approach and you will be a results-driven individual. This role offers workinghours of 40 per week, 9am - 5.30pm. Some evening or weekend work may be required on occassion.This role covers 3 of our sites, Calcott Ten,Millenium View and Westwood Student Mews.Our CSE will work alongside and assist the central sales team and the Property Managers in meeting revenue targets and drive overall revenue through implementing companyinitiatives, conducting inbound and outbound sales activity, securing bookings and initiating new marketing ideas and you’ll support open days and intake days as a representative of the property.You will be a target-driven individual with a natural talent for selling and securing an opportunity. You will be responsible for planning, organising and hosting a packed events calendar which will enrich the experience for our residents and ensure theylove living with us, and you will thrive on engaging with a diverse mix of students every day. The events calendar will be rich and varied and will assist in creating a 5-star experience for our residents as well as driving retention in the longer term. Youwill be the face of student experience and someone with incredible people skills who loves a fast-paced environment will thrive in this role.To be successful in this role, ideal candidates are required to have excellent IT skills along with superb customer care, communication and interpersonal skills.
