Our beliefin people and what they can achieve.Your role at Orbit.We are looking for a capable individual to work at a senior level within our complaints team on a permanent basis. Following company policy and service delivery you will work to ensure a positive result for our customers. You will deal with complaints fromend to end, seeking resolution in the interest of the business and the customer. You will use an in-house management system to ensure all complaints are tracked through accurately.You will engage with issues from third parties, MP and the Housing Ombudsman, so effective complaints management experience will be vital.What will help you make a difference.
