Job Description

THE ROLEAs the Customer Insight Manager, on the day-to-day, you will be:
  • Using SQL to manipulate and extract large volumes of customer and transaction data
  • Conducting customer segmentation to best understand their member groups and customer profiles
  • Building dashboards and reports to present to internal stakeholders across different business areas
  • Sharing insights into key things like customer lifetime value, acquisition and retention, and marketing campaign success
  • Analysing NPS data to understand customer satisfaction and key drivers behind trends
  • Line managing a junior analyst, leading by example on projects
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Proficiency in SQL, having utilised it in a commercial role previously, for handling large datasets
  • Proficiency in a data visualisation tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.
  • Experience in a commercial role with a focus on customer insight, customer loyalty, and marketing data
  • Expert communication skills with the ability to communicate to tech and non-tech audiences
  • Experience in customer segmentation and customer analytics
