Customer Service Representative£350 Per Day (PAYE)Coventry6 Month ContractInside IR35Main Duties:

Define the Ansty OE manufacturing process flow from the arrival of the raw material, casting, other sub components up to the dispatching of exchangers to shipment to all customers.
Identify the manufacturing sequence bottlenecks.
Analyse and follow the WIP manufacturing parts with the associated indicators (TRS, FTY, etc.).
Analyse, formalise and follow the manufacturing, quality and industrialisation actions plans progress.
Follow the concessions, the DVIs and any associated documents submittal and validation process from Meggitt to end of line with the Customer.
Follow the 8D actions plan and associated root cause and corrective actions.
Participate in Meggitts DLA, production, quality and Exec reviews related to Customer concerns and priorities in relation to the Ansty OE products.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role with customer focus within manufacturing is essential.
Customer management expereince with internal and external stakeholders.
