As a Customer Experience Co-ordinator, you will be part of a small but awesome Customer Service team based in our very swish UK facility in Coventry.Fundamentally the role involves dealing with all non-technical aspects of the aftersales requirements of direct customers and distributors.Dealing with phone calls, emails, and online enquiries from international and UK-based customers, your days will be a mix of recurring tasks as well as proactive ones that will keep your workload varied and interesting.Expect to be generating sales orders, processing service bookings, orchestrating technical support, referring sales opportunities, and smashing our SLAs for consistently awesome customer service!Customer Experience Coordinator Requirements: Experience in a B2B (preferred) or B2C front of house role A track record of success in a similar role blending customer service, sales, and administration duties (customer service / inside sales / sales through service / sales and service administration) To be pretty tech-savvy as we use several systems to satisfy customer interactions (Microsoft suite including Teams is used across the company) To be process-driven, due to our industry we have a fair amount of compliance to adhere to and we need to ensure our interactions comply accordingly The ability to prioritise effectively and have a flexible approach to a task list in order to optimise your time Awesome communication skills dealing with both happy and less happy customersbecause after all, thats part of customer service!
