Job Description

We are working on a behalf of a thriving data analytics company specialising in providing services to the Social Housing and Public Sector for two Customer Account Managers.The role is remote and you can be based anywhere in the UK.The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining current accounts across the UK, and up-selling a wide range of services. Whilst this position is working for a private company, a strong understanding of the different pressures within PublicSector, in particular Social Housing would be extremely advantageous.Main responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager include:

  • Drive adoption of companys products and services within assigned accounts through continuous increases in engagement and value ensuring membership renewal, new business opportunities and loyalty to the business
  • Identify potential issues within the customer organisations and work with the wider business to take timely and effective action to resolve them.
  • Ensure all accounts under management are accurately represented in and migrate through the Key Account Management Framework.
  • Proactively ensure that sustainable long-term customer relationships are developed, maintained and leveraged through regular, tailored contact at senior levels. Securing membership renewal.
The ideal candidate for the Customer Account Manager would have the following experience:
  • Previous experience working in a sales and target based role, ideally with engagement in the public sector working directly for, or on behalf of a third party organisation liaising with public sector organisations
  • Great communication skills and commercial awareness to identify opportunities within current accounts
  • A drive to succeed and represent a fast growing company within analytics
  • Must have full driving license
