Job Description

Were recruiting an organised CRM Manager for our client, an expanding market-leading software company that provides services to 3 million parents and over 11,000 schools across 200 local authorities via its flexible web applications.There is flexibility for this role to be a hybrid position with some days based in the Coventry office. Our client will also consider fully remote for exceptional candidates not within the local area.As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, planning, management and delivery of the CRM strategy. Located within the Commercial Operations team, you will provide services to teams across the business, using a creative approach to secure and managetarget audiences and to ensure that prospect and customer communications are delivered in a professional and efficient way, taking advantage of the latest technology.Responsibilities * Ensuring CRM databases are clean, deduped, standardized and enriched, to ensure better engagement, conversion and deliverability rates, and contribute to higher revenue and growth.* Increasing the visibility of the sales pipeline and customer experience, whenever possible recommending automation improvement opportunities or if necessary accurately extracting and transferring data from one storage source to another (e.g. from CRM to Excel)in a user-friendly way. Additionally, providing data insights to inform management decisions and future campaigns.* Working as an active member of the Marketing Team to deliver a high level of service across the business. Actively contributing ideas to the team in order to drive marketing activity, business growth, reduce costs, drive efficiency and raise quality.* Supporting any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Marketing.Skills and experience The role will suit a career-driven candidate with the ability to multi-task and switch priorities according to the tactical needs of the business. Attention-to-detail, excellent communication, a positive attitude, good organisational skills and an appetiteto take on a challenge are pre-requisites.* Experience using HubSpot or Dynamics* Degree educated, ideally Marketing / IT or relevant work experience* Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or equivalent* Established background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies* Extensive experience of CRM / data analysis and reporting / marketing campaign processes including data segmentation and measurement of outcomes versus KPIs, ideally in a similar industry* First-hand experience of the development and implementation of a successful CRM strategy* Highly proficient in commonly used business software including MS Windows / Office (in particular Excel)* Detailed understanding of IT systems, in particular how CRM databases work and ability to use them to deliver business value* Understanding of wider business processes, and how a CRM system can effectively tie in with other back-office systems* Excellent analytical skills and ability to explain complex ideas simply in order to drive actionable customer insight* Driving licence (and flexibility to travel if necessary, occasionally overnight)Do you like the sound of this role If you have the skills and experience listed above, then we want to talk to you.
