Job Description

Were looking for a talented Credit Controller who is experienced in dealing with high volume ledgers and live accounts. Someone who is driven and compassionate.If thats you then you could be exactly what theyre looking for.----The Role:Based in the companys Coventry office and working as part of our finance team to support the international operations teams and work cohesively to provide an excellent services.In the job youll be tasked with the following:- Petty cash reconciliation- Customer funds reconciliation- Aged debt reporting- Daily cash posting,- Clearing unallocated cash- Running ledgers of up to £4 million- Following up on discrepancies of fees.----The Candidate:Youll also need experience of:- Allocation of payments- Bank reconciliations and reconciliation statements- Working with high volume ledgers- Manging high volumes of live accounts- Dealing with petty cash and customer funds reconciliation- Chasing aged debt reports- Daily cash posting- Clearing unallocated cash and following up on discrepancies of feesIn addition, youll need the following:- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Credit Controller- AAT qualification or part qualification (preferred)- Excellent communication skills- The ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levelsThe ideal person for the role will be the following:- Travel to the Coventry office a couple times a week- A strong communicator- Able to work autonomously whilst being a productive member of a team- Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in your workDoes that sound like you If so, wed love to see your CV.This position could be right for you if you want to work as any of the following: Credit Controller, Credit Control Officer or as a Cash Allocation Clerk.----The Package:Basic salary:Up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)Benefits include:- Reward schemes- Cycle to work scheme- Training and development courses- Progression within Swanton- Pension and life insurance- Employee assistance programme- Hybrid working----The Company:The business youll be working for is care & community organisation.Theyre a great company to work for.
