Did you know we have been awarded top UK & Global Employer 5 Years Running!This role is working within Saint-Gobains Contracts Division which incorporates Minster and Jewson Civils Frazer brands. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity for a candidate to develop and implement a content strategy to position both Minster and Jewson Civils Frazer as leaders in their respective fields of expertise. Part of the marketing team, the role is based at our head office in Coventry although remote and flexible working can be combined. Both brands are specialist distributors, acting as business partners, not just product suppliers. They offer customers a comprehensive range of products readily available through a well-placed network of branches throughout the country.As a Content Marketing Executive you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing an ongoing content strategy that should make use of the most effective tools (social, blogs, web copy, EDM etc) to produce and promote content for all stages of the demand generation funnel; top (awareness) to bottom (conversion) and through to ongoing referral.How will you contribute to our purpose

  • Develop and implement content strategy
  • Develop impactful marketing collateral/copy in line with marketing plan and best practice guidelines
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads achieving pipeline and profit targets
  • Manage social media platforms to create a high volume of conversations to increase followers and drive traffic to produce leads
  • Develop web content to improve ecommerce conversion and web lead generation
  • Develop a set of KPIs/metrics to report on by way of a dashboard, providing insight and recommendations
  • Keep up to date with the most relevant themes and topics within the industry, understanding the issues which affect our customers the most, and developing content which resonates with customers, such as providing solutions to issues, or signposting resources
    • What skills and experience are we looking for
  • Strong writing, grammar and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of SEO and content techniques
  • Copy writing - exceptionally good with persuasive sales-led copy
  • Understanding of the sales funnel
  • Makes data driven decisions around content (Google Analytics etc)
  • Knows what good content looks like and how it impacts the business
  • Comes up with creative solutions to problems
  • Strong focus on learning independently
  • Experience of Salesforce or other marketing automation tools would be hugely beneficial
  • Educated to degree level, in a Marketing/Marketing related discipline
  • At least 2 years experience
