Our belief in people and what they can achieve.Your role at Orbit.The Communities and Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for providing an effective administration service to support the effective delivery of our commissioned projects and programmes, including liaison with customers, internal colleagues and external partners.You will manage effective governance and compliance processes relating to our projects and support quarterly monitoring processes including sending out claims, collating returns and updating a variety of databases and trackers. This will include assisting with financial procedures including invoice processing and payments to partners.You will provide diary support to the Community Investment Management team, managing bookings, coordinating and administering meetings.Where appropriate you will assist in the organisation of events and activities, working with suppliers to coordinate arrangement and materials.What will help you make a difference.You will ideally have experience of supporting project management processes with an understanding of compliance management, basic finance process and Microsoft office products.You will have experience that aligns with diary management, note taking, database management and report/document writing.We know that an inclusive environment makes us more accessible and ensures we attract, engage, promote and retain great people.
