The Role: We are looking for a Staff Communications and Engagement Officer who will help produce and deliver content to bring to life our 2030 Group Strategy for our thousands of staff based in the UK and around the world. Reporting to the Communications and Events Manager, you will help in developing and implementing a communications and engagement plan that tells the story of our ongoing growth, success and achievements - including quarterly newsletters, managing content onthe Staff Portal and delivering regular email updates to colleagues across the Group. You will work with colleagues to develop and maintain an internal communications toolkit, including templates, newsletters, channels matrix and tone of voice guide. You will also help develop and maintain relationships and structures that enable the flow ofrelevant, engaging content from across the Group, and analysing and reporting on data to track performance against KPIs.
