Are you an experienced Clinical Homecare Nurse who is happy to travel to administer patient care in their own homes Own, reliable transport is required for this role Our client, a nurse-led clinical services provider who put patients welfare at the top of their priority list, is looking for a Clinical Homecare Nurse with experience in the following areas:Proven competence in the safe administration of injectable medication/infusions Central venous access management experience Current Cannulation / Phlebotomy skills Ability to plan and prioritise patient centred care Ability to provide an empathetic and holistic approach to patient care Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Englishverbal and written Good time management and organisational skills Ability to make independent / supported clinical decisions Ability to work independently and autonomously and in a team Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot Ability to deal with complex and emotional situations Relevant skills in the use of IT softwareThe Clinical Homecare Nurse will be responsible for providing high quality, cost effective clinical care to a caseload of patients across all therapy areas within a reasonable travelling distance.You will communicate effectively always and at all levels within the company and with external customers, patients and their families.To promote a progressive attitude to the continuous improvement of standards of care through research and evidence-based practice.Experience NMC RegisteredRGN/RN Adult Driving licence and own vehicle Previous Community Nursing experience.Benefits Fuel card Mileage paid door to door NMC registration paid monthly Additional holiday allowance Professional Development
