Job Description

My client, a top 50 UK ranked law firm, is looking to recruit a Complex Injury lawyer to join their expanding team in the West Midlands.You will be running your own caseload of c30 multi-track RTA, EL/PL files typically valued at £250k, as well as assisting the Partner on their complex, high value caseload. The type of files you will be working on will range from brain injury, spinal cord injury,amputation, chronic pain and fatal claims, instructed from prominent long-standing insurer clients.The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor / CILEX with previous experience managing your own high value multi-track caseload, with experience delegating to junior staff. Ideally from a defendant background but those from a claimant background will alsobe considered.In return, my client is offered a generous salary of up to £65k DOE plus bonus, the option to work from home 4 of the 5 days a week, clear pathways for progression and a host of other excellent benefits.
