Are you highly motivated and committed with excellent attention to detail and strong communicationIf so, Coventry & Warwickshire are looking to recruit an innovative, enthusiastic, and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team.The postholder will be required toprovide OT assessments, discharge planning recommendations, and short-term OT interventions, and also provide professional supervision and support for the Activity Staff on the ward. They must be able to provide a varietyof evidence based mental health occupational therapy assessments, contribute to MDT formulation of need and risk management; and directly and indirectly provide occupational interventions.The post holder will be required to support the services need for flexibility to deliver optimal patient care and must be able to provide a variety of evidence based mental health occupational therapy assessments, contribute to MDT formulation of need andrisk management; and directly and indirectly provide occupational interventions.
