Due to continued success and growth of the business are seeking to recruit an AV Support/Break-FixTechnician to provide on site technical support. To provide a high level of customer service skills to the client to help support them with their AV requirements and technologies.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role "AV Support/Break-Fix TechniciainThe Role: * Actively monitor AV/VC esate remotely where propriety tools have been deployed (Crestron Fusion)*Provide real time in room support*Provide a meet & greet service as required to assist all VIP meetings & to help connect audio & video conferencing calls virtually and in room as required*Proactively train and support end users*Fault handling and tracking of all AV fault related tickets via ticketing system*Provide break-fix moves/add/change services as required*Provide event support/equipment co-ordinationBenefits:* 3% pension contribution (after 3 months probation period) * 23 days holiday in first year (holiday years rising after length of service January to December) to 25 during 3rd year * Death in service benefits (3 x annual salary) * Private medical insurance (after 6 months probation period) * Join a company who value you
