My client, a top 50 UK law firm are looking to recruit an Assistant Lawyer in their Complex Injury Claims Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a renowned Partner assisting on complex high-value claims. Youll be dealing with bothpersonal injury and non-injury EL and PL claims, as well as product liability cases which may involve a foreign law element.The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/CILEX with experience in indemnity, liability, and complex medical issues. The role also includes the need to engage with long-standing insurance clients. In this role, you may also be required to assist thePartner in business development activities enhance and develop the firms profile.In this exciting role, youll have the opportunity to work on multi-track and catastrophic injury claims involving brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, chronic pain, and fatal claims. Working so closely with the Partner will ensure you will constantlybe learning and developing, giving the perfect opportunity for progression at a firm that values nurturing their staff to their highest potential.
