Job Description

Are you confident in using power toolsDo you have experience in Production or AssemblyIf so then my client in Coventry is looking for YOU to join their growing business!You will be using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions and a series of operations to correctly assemble specified components.Main duties include:

  • Grinds, files, or sands surfaces of customer products, using handtools, power tools.
  • Assembling of products as per the production plans.
  • To produce components in accordance with work instructions, customer requirements, and to specified rates of production.
  • Inspect parts for defects and any potential quality concerns to ensure they meet customer specifications.
  • Assist new product introduction.
Working Hours - Monday - Thursday - 07:00 - 15:30 and earlier finish on a Friday.Pay Rate - £10.00 per hour, increasing once taken on permanent.12 weeks temporary - permanent position.The ideal candidate will come from a production/manufacturing background, be confident with using power tools and some experience working with assembly is a bonus.This role does include use of heavy equipment and standing on your feet throughout the day.Our client is a growing business who will offer opportunities to develop and grow within.
