  • Optimise the customer contact journey to maximise bookings and minimise customer dissatisfaction
  • Ensure the actions of the Contact Centre enhance the group Customer Satisfaction and satisfy brand operational standards
  • Maintain relationships with key booking provides and intermediaries, including Lease Companies, Motability.
  • Develop strategies to maximise profitability of each customer visit
  • Being the key point of contact in communication between our contact centre and dealer network
