Job Description

Position: Administrator / Customer Service / CoordinatorSalary: £10.90 - £18.90 p/h job dependantContract: Can range from 1 month to 10 month contract job dependantLocation: CV1. Client offers hybrid & fully remote – job dependantWorking Shifts: 8:00-16:00/8:30-16:30/9:00-17:00 flexi – 35 h/p/wSEASONAL CONTRACTS IN COVENTRYOur client is a prestigious UK awarding body and are relocating to Coventry city centre in 2024. Our client regularly recruit for temporary Administrative and Customer Service staff on a seasonal contract basis.Our client have many different job roles available throughout the year, so Reed would be happy to hear from you if you have either of the following skills and experience:• Customer Coordination – Experience of liaising with multiple stakeholders via telephone and email to ensure certain tasks are completed• Customer Service – Experience of managing customer enquiries whether that be via telephone or face to face, and via email is essential• Project Coordination - Experience and knowledge of the stages of a project, chasing stakeholders, ensuring tasks are completed to tight deadlines.
