Job Description

Join our Administration Team! Pay - 12.45 per hour

  • This is a full-time role
  • This role is office-based in Ansty Park, Coventry
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading utilities company as an Administrator to work at their offices based in Ansty Park, Coventry. This is a full time TEMPORARY ongoing role. This is a full time role, 37 hours per week.Key responsibilities:
  • Creating operational work orders and other associated administrative tasks to build the delivery plan as agreed by Customer Operations.
  • Assisting in the administration of scheduling activities, in line with guidelines, procedures and training.
  • Contacting customers to schedule work and ensure they understand what is required.
  • Support revenue collection.
  • Supporting MI for Compliance work and training identifying issues or concerns.
  • Ensuring and promoting compliance with Cadent policies, standards and procedures with accountability for effective resolution of any non-compliances identified, including supporting any reviews and investigations as required.
  • General administration tasks across end-to-end process of Theft of Gas, Unauthorised connections, BOA and GSR.
  • Working with other teams to resolve customer queries or able to escalate where required.

Skills and experienceGood attention to detail is paramount, with the willingness to plan your own workload, balancing conflicting priorities with minimal supervision. You must have great communicative skills both verbally and in written forms. A broad knowledge of desktop applicationuse is highly desired.To apply youll possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
