Administration/Sales Support CoventryMy client is a specialist fast-growing provider of motor finance solutions. They are looking for someone to join the Central Processing Unit. Your skills:*Excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills*Able to work flexible hours and days (5 days a week in a rota pattern) *Having basic knowledge of deal trak, motor finance lenders portals and understand compliance aspects (DPA, anti-money laundering regulations, TCF, etc.) is desirable.*Have a good understanding of motor finance would be an asset.*To obtain all required documentation from customers so that we can package up the customers finance documentation to be sent into lenders for loan completion.*Managing email inboxes and other sources to ensure workload is distributed quickly and efficiently.*Making outbound calls to obtain any further information or obtain documents in order to process an application for payout.*Processing applications for payout ensuring all documents meet requirements for specific finance lenders in order to achieve first time payouts with both prime and subprime applications.*Take ownership of your own workload.The successful candidate will possess the following skills/attributes:*Clear and effective communication*Proactive behaviour *Motivation *Decision making *Team player *Organisation/timekeeping .
