2nd Line Support Analyst - 12 month FTCBenefits: up to £40,000 for a 35 hour working week plus up to 20% bonus. Hybrid working - 2-3 days per week in the Coventry office. This is initially a 12 month FTC with potential to become permanent.We are looking for a 2nd line support engineer, who can hit the ground running in a fast paced environment. You need excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude. You will be working on servicenow and will be dealing with a range of remote 2nd linesupport issues as well as a large amount to face-to-face end user support. With this in mind, you need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a customer facing role.Requirements:
