Thinking about a new start in 2022Reed are delighted to be partnered with a dynamic and progressive manufacturer in Antrim who are hiring an additional resource for a Maternity Cover.Initially a 6 month contract, the role is with a leading organisation in Northern Ireland who require support for the processing of their monthly and weekly payrolls.Alongside a competitive salary, you will also have a generous number of days of annual leave, corporate pension, a WFH allowance, free carparking, a vibrant social committee, and other great corporate benefits.This would be an ideal next step for anyone who available at short notice (starting immediately or in January 2022) to join a forward looking organisation.Main Duties:Process all payroll documents; Work closely with Accounts and HR to ensure the accuracy of Time and Attendance data and that payroll changes are captured; Process Statutory Payments; Reconcile payrolls; Pension processing including auto-enrolment, payments,opt-out, cancellations, etc.; Maintain and regularly update payroll records and filing systems; Produce the required payroll Sage reports; and deal effectively with payroll queries from employees.About You:Applicants must have 2 years experience in payroll and an understanding of UK tax legislation.
