Humber NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit two friendly, enthusiastic and flexible experienced receptionist with medical experience and knowledge of SystmOne to work in our Cottingham GP Practices for 20 hours and 37.5 hours respectively.The practice operates between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday at present but a degree of flexibility to cover is expected with the introduction of our extended access service and to cover for annual leave / sickness.The role is varied and highly demanding, requiring a person with exceptional organisational ability and able to work under pressure while providing a positive and responsive professionalism on behalf of the practice.You will be the first point of contact for our patients either face to face or on the telephone. You will work collaboratively with the practice team to meet the needs of patients, nurses and GPs.We would require applicants to have recent experience of working on a busy reception desk, have a delightful telephone manner and have excellent IT skills.
