Job Description

| PART TIME TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR || NG12, COTGRAVE || £10.50 PER HOUR || 10 - 15 HOURS PER WEEK|| LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START ON MONDAY FOR 3-4 WEEKS |Responsibilities:

  • Post and allocate receipts to customer accounts
  • Processing compnay invoices
  • Matcing up PO numbers with relevant invoices
  • Preparing outgoing customer statements and invoices and statements
  • Manage customer data in collaboration with Master Data Maintenance group and Customer Service Team
  • To support the compilation of Customer Ageing and monthly past due reports
Skills/ Attributes/ Experience:
  • Experience in a similar accounts receivable role is ESSENTIAL
  • Experience working with financial sector
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy skills
  • Excellent communication skills combined with an ability to liaise with a variety of external parties
  • Well organised and strong administrative and IT skills
  • High attention to detail
